Mr. Fornaciari handles all aspects of complex business and construction disputes, from the factual investigation to the appeal. Mr. Fornaciari has handled such disputes in the state and federal courts, as well as in mediation and arbitration.
Mr. Fornaciari brings to the law field a strong personal background in business. As a worker and officer in a general contracting company, Mr. Fornaciari has intimate knowledge of the customs and relationships of the construction industry. Mr. Fornaciari has been extremely effective in representing his diverse clients with that knowledge. He uses a variety of real-world solutions to resolve complex disputes. Mr. Fornaciari has represented suppliers, subcontractors, contractors, construction managers and owners with respect to zoning issues, delay claims, scope of work disputes, payment claims, and defective or non-conforming work disputes. In addition, Mr. Fornaciari has handled business disputes, including unfair competition claims, non-compete agreement disputes and stockholder agreement disputes. The matters have involved damages ranging from thousands to millions of dollars.
Mr. Fornaciari has also served in the Army Reserves and has completed Airborne training.
